We have used Flying Tots several times, in situations ranging from emergency childcare during the working day to overnight care. Flying Tots is extremely well run. Ms Bastien was excellent at identifying our needs and then carefully matching us with a well vetted professional. She always ensured good communication before, during and afterwards. In all our interactions, she was professional, consistent, and friendly.

The interaction that I feel sums Ms Bastien’s service up best was when my husband and I planned our first night away from the children together. She helped us to put together a plan to enable the children to gradually get to know the nanny who she found for us.
